We are seeking for Fighters Pilots focused on high skill proficiency in BFM/BVR combat/tournaments. If you are willing to put the time and effort in, we will train you! Good behavior and positive attitude are considered a basis for joining the team.

Recruiting Requirements:

Hardware Requirments

a) A good PC which is capable of running DCS

b) Functional HOTAS

Software Requirments

a) DCS WORLD 2.9

b) Tacview license

c) Simple Radio Standalone (SRS)

Important Note:

Joining the Nemesis HAW Squadron requires time and effort to determine if someone is a suitable candidate. The first step is to enjoy what DCS World offers and demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with the team. Good behavior and a positive attitude are essential prerequisites for joining. However, the most important value we uphold is the strong bond of friendship that connects all members of the squadron.
The evaluation process begins by considering a candidate as a friend within the role. Through training, missions, and daily online interaction, we assess whether the individual is a good fit for the team. If the decision is made to accept a candidate into the squadron, they will carry the Cadet Tag (Cdt) (e.g., ~NMS~ Cdt_) during their training period and while actively participating in squadron missions or public server activities.
Only candidates who meet our standards and align with the team dynamics can progress to become a Nemesis Fighter Pilot (~NMS~ Pilot) early in their journey. This transition depends on skill level, commitment, and compatibility with the squadron.

Prerequisite:

--> Basic knowledge of Gauges/Instruments

--> Full Ramp Start

--> Taxiing, Takeoff & Landing Procedures

Note about Cadets:

First and foremost we want ACTIVE cadets, so please make sure you have the spare time to fly and be dedicated to squad matters

We currently have pilots from all over the world and most flights are from 16:00z onwards as this seems to be the best suitable time we have found so far.
